Abundant minerals and rare metals lie in wait across planets and satellites in this star sea for players to claim resource spots and construct mining bases to harness - building warships, defenses, or exchanging for more assets with other species. As resource extraction unfolds, players can continually amass influence within star systems to ultimately erect an empire spanning the entire region.

During expansion, players will also encounter diverse native species with sundry dispositions populating this star sea - shrewd and long-lived merchant races adept at trade or bloodthirsty marauders thirsty for combat. Players have to make judicious diplomatic decisions on engaging these species with words or arms to establish dominance.
